Mull Elementary students
were excited to experience the STEAM academy
on Tuesday, Dec. 1st where they were working around the theme of astronomy. Students investigated and researched about the first moon landing and why the moon is important to us. They then designed lunar landers and tested them with marshmallow astronauts. The group then switched rooms and worked on lunar rovers using the robots at the Steam Academy. They had different tasks to accomplish at each mission table. It was a wonderful day at the STEAM academy and our Mustangs came back to school excited about all that they had experienced that day.
